ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We understand you're excited to receive your order, so we prioritize quick processing at Tin Roof. Most items will be shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. If you opt for engraving, please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for us to fulfill your order request. Furniture processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Once your package is on its way, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the journey to YOU.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS  

WE OFFER TWO STRAIGHTFORWARD WAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

1. IN-STORE PICKUP: Personally pick up your order at our El Campo storefront Monday Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

2. SHIPPING: If you’d rather have it delivered, we can arrange shipping with the carrier of your choice — shipping cost and delivery time are calculated based on your delivery address (location) and the weight of your order.

 

FURNITURE SHIPPING

Unfortunately, due to the varying costs of shipping furniture, we do not display these fees on tinroofhome.com! Reach out to us directly, and we’ll provide you with an exact shipping quote WE CAN WORK WITH ANY CARRIER YOU PREFER OR HANDLE EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH WITH OUR CUSTOM CRATE AND WHITE GLOVE SERVICES.

 

Once you place your order and we speak with you regarding your order, you’ll receive a separate correspondence directly from our team with a SHIPPING INVOICE.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

 

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select. We strive to provide estimated and the most accurate delivery times at checkout, though please note these are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES  

Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage, please get in touch with us ASAP. We’re here to resolve any questions, concerns and or problems and we want to make sure you’re more than satisfied with your Tin Roof purchase. If you opted for ROUTE shipping insurance, filing a claim is simple and straightforward.
